FourPlus Media is a specialist media, publishing, marketing and events company with brands and businesses across India and the Middle East.

Our portfolio includes publications, exhibitions, awards, digital platforms and consumer-facing events across eyewear, fragrance, food, lifestyle and other specialised categories.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaigns Executive to take ownership of the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of digital campaigns across our brands, publications and events.

This is not a junior social media role, nor are we looking for a highly senior performance-marketing strategist.

We are looking for someone with enough hands-on experience to independently manage campaigns, understand performance data, coordinate with internal teams and take responsibility for getting campaigns delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will become the internal point of contact for digital campaigns, while working with external specialists whenever deeper technical or strategic expertise is required.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, with basic exposure to LinkedIn Ads.
Understand campaign objectives such as awareness, registrations, ticket sales, enquiries and lead generation.
Define target audiences, budgets, timelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure the right creatives and messaging are available.
Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns within approved budgets.
Track key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and cost per result.
Prepare simple weekly/monthly campaign reports and explain what the numbers mean.
Work with project owners and internal teams to ensure campaigns move forward without constant follow-up.
Coordinate with external specialists when advanced technical support, tracking, pixels or analytics expertise is required.
Maintain basic campaign documentation so that knowledge, access and processes are not dependent on one individual.
Help build greater understanding of digital advertising within the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

You should have:

2–4 years of practical digital/performance marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Working knowledge of Google Ads.
Understanding of audiences, targeting, retargeting, campaign objectives and optimisation.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, pixels, conversion tracking and UTM parameters.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.

You do not need to be a technical expert in pixels, analytics or tracking. However, you should understand the fundamentals and be comfortable coordinating with specialists when deeper technical expertise is required.

The Kind of Person We Want

We are looking for someone who can become the internal owner of digital campaigns at FourPlus Media.

You should be comfortable sitting with a project owner, understanding what they want to achieve, translating that into a digital campaign and ensuring that it gets executed, monitored and reported.

You should be someone who takes responsibility rather than waits to be chased.

There is also an opportunity, over time, to build a small support structure around the role, including interns or junior resources.

Full-Time / Part-Time

Full-time applicants are preferred.

However, experienced part-time candidates are also welcome to apply, provided they can commit to defined working hours and regular availability for coordination with the internal team.

Part-time compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability and scope of responsibility.

Ensure campaign knowledge, access and processes are documented rather than sitting with one person.
