As a Marketing Coordinator, you infuse our dynamic Marketing Team with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless commitment to delivering impactful campaigns. Your role is a creative weapon, armed with innovative ideas, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns aligning with hotel goals and brand strategy.
Assist in creating and coordinating marketing materials, including brochures, promotions, and digital content.
Support managing the hotel's digital presence, including website updates, social media, and online listings.
Aid in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships for increased awareness and engagement.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, analyzing website traffic, social metrics, and guest feedback.

Provide administrative support, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing marketing budgets.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative mindset, passionate about marketing, and eager to learn and adapt.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage cross-functional departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and trends.
