HR Executive / HR Manager

About the Role

Kyra Photon is looking for a proactive, people-oriented and highly organized HR professional who can help build a strong workplace culture while establishing structured HR practices as the organization continues to grow.

We are looking beyond routine HR administration. The person should actively contribute towards making Kyra Photon a better place to work—improving employee engagement, communication, recognition, accountability and overall workplace experience.

The ideal candidate should be approachable enough for employees to communicate openly with, while also being professional and firm when handling policies, performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate the complete recruitment process across departments.
Work with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment orders and other employment documentation.
Develop a structured onboarding experience for every new employee.
Ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, reporting structure, policies and company culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Develop initiatives that improve employee motivation, belonging and participation within Kyra Photon.
Organize team-building activities, milestone celebrations, employee outings and internal events.
Introduce and manage structured employee recognition programs such as the Kyra Excellence Awards.
Coordinate monthly and annual recognition initiatives including performance, ownership, innovation, teamwork and other categories.
Regularly collect employee feedback and identify areas where the workplace experience can be improved.
Encourage employees to contribute ideas for improving the organization.

Employee Feedback & Reviews

Coordinate structured monthly employee check-ins/reviews.
Provide employees with an appropriate channel to communicate concerns, suggestions and feedback.
Identify recurring organizational issues and communicate meaningful observations to management.
Work with department heads to follow up on employee development and performance.
Help establish a culture where constructive feedback works in both directions—management to employees and employees to management.

Performance Management

Assist management in defining clear KPIs and expectations for employees.
Develop structured monthly, quarterly and annual performance review systems.
Maintain performance records and follow up with department heads.
Identify high-performing employees as well as employees requiring additional support or development.
Ensure recognition and performance evaluation are based on clear and transparent criteria.

HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Track attendance, leave, punctuality and employee information.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the relevant finance/accounts team.
Manage joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion and exit documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and identify recurring reasons for employee attrition.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and management information.

Policies & Compliance

Develop and maintain HR policies appropriate for a growing organization.
Ensure employees clearly understand company policies and workplace expectations.
Assist management in maintaining appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Support compliance with applicable employment and labour requirements.
Ensure HR processes remain professional, consistent and properly documented.

Learning & Development

Identify skill gaps across departments in consultation with managers.
Coordinate relevant training and development programs.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development.
Help establish clear opportunities for employees to grow along with the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement or performance management is preferred.
Experience working in an engineering, renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure or growing organization would be an advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹15,641.30 - ₹54,616.54 per month
