Hiring: Software Engineer – AI Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Python, Generative AI and LLM technologies, with proven experience taking AI solutions from design and development through production deployment, monitoring, optimization and support.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong ownership of end-to-end AI application delivery, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, tool usage, AI evaluation, security, governance and observability.

Must-Have Technical Skills

5+ years of experience building and supporting production software applications
Strong hands-on experience with:
TypeScript
React
Next.js
Node.js
Python
AWS
Aurora PostgreSQL
Proven experience delivering AI/LLM-powered features in production
Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI
Hands-on experience with:
Prompt Engineering
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

AI Agents
Tool Calling / Tool Usage
LLM Evaluation
Strong experience with Amazon Bedrock
Experience with Bedrock AgentCore
Experience with AWS Glue and AWS Lambda
Experience building scalable AI data pipelines

Experience with Docker and containerized AWS deployments

AI Engineering & Production Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications
Build production-grade LLM and Generative AI features
Design and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search and agent-based solutions
Develop AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore
Design AI grounding and retrieval strategies for enterprise data
Develop AI-enabled features using Python and TypeScript/Node.js
Implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, accuracy and reliability
Establish prompt lifecycle management and versioning
Implement AI observability, monitoring and production diagnostics
Optimize model selection, latency and AI infrastructure costs
Design and implement AI guardrails and governance controls
Monitor model behavior and continuously improve AI solutions
Secure AI applications against:
Prompt injection
Sensitive information disclosure
Data leakage
Unauthorized model/tool access
Other common LLM security risks

Full Stack Development

Build scalable enterprise web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js
Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs
Design database solutions using Aurora PostgreSQL
Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing enterprise applications
Implement authentication, authorization and secure API communication
Develop responsive and user-friendly application interfaces
Design and implement distributed and event-driven systems on AWS

AWS & Cloud Engineering

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture, including:

Amazon Bedrock
Bedrock AgentCore
AWS Lambda
AWS Glue
Amazon EventBridge
Amazon SQS
Amazon SNS
AWS Step Functions
Aurora PostgreSQL
Containerized AWS deployments

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and cloud security is highly preferred.

Software Engineering & Security
