- Partner with leading global brands and enterprise clients to solve strategic business challenges and shape large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, current tech stack, and problems. Conduct thorough assessments of their existing digital marketing technology infrastructure, including tools for analytics, CRM, content management, email marketing, social media, advertising, and automation.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Evaluate the client's current tech stack and identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Research and analyze potential digital marketing tools, platforms, and integrations to address the client's specific needs and goals. Consider factors such as scalability, compatibility, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
- Digital Experience & Enterprise Platform Consulting Define requirements for digital experience platforms, enterprise content management systems, customer engagement technologies, marketing technology ecosystems, commerce platforms, CRM solutions, and enterprise digital initiatives and consulting expertise across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Crown peak, etc. .Collaborate with solution architects and platform specialists to align business requirements with platform capabilities and solution designs
- MarTech, CRM & Customer Data Platforms: Provide consulting expertise across MarTech, CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), personalization platforms, marketing automation platforms, and broader customer experience ecosystems. Support technology selection, capability assessment, integration planning, and business adoption initiatives across customer engagement platforms.
- Data Platform Consulting: Lead requirements and consulting activities for enterprise data platforms, including data ingestion, integration, transformation, governance, lineage, reporting, analytics, and data architecture initiatives. Support data modernization and data-driven transformation programs by aligning business requirements with enterprise data capabilities. Collaborate with data architects, engineering teams, and business partners to ensure successful implementation of data and analytics solutions.
- Recommendations and Transformation Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive recommendations and a roadmap for optimizing the digital marketing tech stack. Present findings to clients, clearly explaining the benefits, costs, and implementation requirements of each recommended tool or integration. Prioritize recommendations based on their potential impact and alignment with the client's marketing strategy.
- Implementation and Integration: Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors in early stages to implement and integrate the selected tools into the client's tech stack. Oversee the deployment process, ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Data and Analytics: Work closely with clients to establish robust data collection and analytics processes within the tech stack. Define key performance indicators and metrics aligned with marketing goals. Configure analytics tools and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights for campaign optimization and decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide training and documentation to the client's marketing team on how to effectively use the new tools and features within the tech stack. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the implemented solutions. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and guidelines related to the recommended technologies.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of the digital marketing tech stack and assess its effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. Analyze data, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and propose adjustments or enhancements to optimize performance. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to recommend future enhancements to the tech stack.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals. Identify key performance indicators and establish measurable targets to track campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance on the selection and utilization of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tools to enhance online visibility, brand recognition, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and standards in digital marketing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry benchmarks, and potential areas of differentiation for clients. Share industry insights and thought leadership to guide clients' decision-making and keep them at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and value. Proactively engage with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry developments, and new marketing opportunities. Anticipate clients' evolving needs and propose new strategies or initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Requires overall experience of at least 12-16 and 7 -10 years in client facing roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. MBA or equivalent experience from a reputed Business School with Marketing specialization (Also Non-MBA, with exceptional communication skills)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and partners
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving marketing challenges.
