Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Dhruvansh Consulting Services is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluent English and a professional approach when interacting with clients, visitors and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day front-desk and reception activities.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients and guests professionally.
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls appropriately.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and courier.
Manage visitor entries and maintain reception records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
Assist with basic administrative and office coordination work.
Maintain appointment calendars and meeting schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitors and meetings.
Handle basic documentation, printing, scanning and filing.
Maintain office records and other reception-related registers.
Support the team with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Communication:

Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients and visitors.

Professionalism:

Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Polite, confident and courteous approach.
Ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.

Organization:

Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Ability to handle walk-ins, telephone calls, appointments and administrative work simultaneously.
Good attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Comfortable using email and digital communication tools.
Knowledge of IP PBX / office telephone systems will be preferred.
Familiarity with digital visitor management or appointment scheduling systems will be an advantage.
