Junior Paid Media Executive - Meta Ads

Years : 2 to 4yrs

WFO - 6days working 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Location : Shanti Nagar ( Bangalore )

We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns. The role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and digital strategy while working on real client projects in the Salon & Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate should be process-oriented, data-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced team environment .This Role needs to be filled on site only

Who can Apply:

Candidates with mandatory 2 - 4 years of individual hands-on experience in experience in paid media advertising on Meta Facebook, Youtube preferably in the Small Business Retail, B2C industry driving leads, revenue, walk-ins or similar measurable results
Willing to perform a skill test assignment to assess job skills and knowledge

Must-Have Skills:Platform Specific :

Meta Ad Campaigns

2 to 4 Years of Meta Ads Media buying experience
Expertise in Meta Ads manager & Advantage+
Skilled in setting up Campaign structure based on marketing strategy & business goals including campaign objectives, targeting & bidding strategies
Knowledge of Pixel, CAPI for conversion tracking including implementation, testing & monitoring
Must be able to do competitor Ad research and identify possible Messaging angles, hooks, product/service differentiator to use in ads
Exposure to integrating campaigns with CRM systems to track conversions, attribution and funnel optimisation
Knowledge & Skills of Ad copy creation & A/B testing of content & creatives using PAS copy creation framework
Skills and experience to monitor campaign performance and know when is the time to Pause, Scale or continue a campaign to meet KPI's
End to end coordination with client and internal teams for achieving desired project goals and objectives
Building campaign performance reports & attending client review meetings to share campaign progress, ongoing campaign plan & strategy

Role-Specific

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency with Small Business, Retail Store, B2C Industry exposure
Demonstrated ability to handle client campaigns independently
Exposure to lead generation or sales-focused campaign objectives

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create, Manage & Optimise Profitable Lead generation campaigns for clients
Ability to handle multiple (5-10) Client campaigns simultaneously
Research on Ad creative ideas using manual methods / AI-based tools based on Marketing Angles/hooks
Coordinate with design team to ensure creatives are ads, landing pages or other marketing initiatives are on schedule
Coordinate with digital marketing & web development team by implementing the given tasks and also ask relevant questions as and when clarifications & inputs are required
Use internal checklists to ensure proper tracking setup, conversion goals, and ad hygiene
Coordinate with design and web development teams for landing page assets and creative approvals
Support the Paid Campaign Strategist in executing Google Ads & Meta Ads as per SOPs
Attend daily standup calls to discuss, update project status and progress.Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager / Coordinator if you get stuck or need help with something.
Collaborate with the team constructively and communicate clearly when stuck
Create and update weekly and monthly campaign reports using Ads Manager and Analytics
Help maintain social media content calendars for ad promotions
Coordinate with clients to gather inputs on offers, budgets, creatives, and timelines

Apply ONLY if you have and can demonstrate the following skills and experience

You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
You have practical experience in individually setting up, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
You understand campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and can explain how you have used them in your existing campaigns to improve campaign performance.
You have worked with Google Analytics, Tag manager and are familiar with offline and online conversion tracking & reporting.
You have experience writing or optimizing ad copy based on business knowledge and/or doing competitor ads research for Messaging angles, hooks
You have independently handled client campaigns being directly involved in campaign execution and reporting.
You are comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
You possess good written and spoken English communication skills and are comfortable interacting with clients.
You are willing to work full-time from our Bangalore office and attend an in-person skill assessment as part of the hiring process.
