HR & Admin Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

Vibrant Bearings & Industrial Products is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance and leave management, documentation, office administration, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR, Recruitment, HR Administration, Office Administration, Employee Coordination, or General Administration who have good communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and complete joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and other confidential information.
Manage daily attendance, leave records, employee information, and related HR reports.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and employee records.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, company policies, and general HR matters.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related communication and requirements.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance data, leave records, and other monthly HR information.
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and maintain proper records.
Support performance review processes, employee engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives.
Handle general office administration, including stationery, office supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain records of company assets, administrative documents, and other office-related information.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Recruitment, Office Administration, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling recruitment and employee onboarding.
Knowledge of attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Familiarity with HR software, HRMS, or payroll systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and statutory requirements is preferred.
Experience in industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, or trading companies is an advantage.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
