Job Summary

Renuka Engineering – GOODWILL is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive – Pedestal Bearings to drive sales and develop the dealer, distributor and industrial customer network across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial/mechanical products segment, particularly in V-Belts, Gearboxes, Electric Motors, Pedestal Bearings / Pillow Block Bearings.

This is a field sales position based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular travel across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, generating enquiries, building dealer/distributor relationships and achieving sales targets for GOODWILL Pedestal Bearings.

About Renuka Engineering – GOODWILL

Renuka Engineering began its journey in 1996 with the trading of engine spare parts. In 2006, the company started manufacturing Engines and Water Pumps under the brand name GOODWILL.

The company has established itself in the manufacturing of Petrol, Kerosene and Diesel Engines and Water Pumps, with a product range covering 1.4 HP to 4 HP.

Renuka Engineering is the first BIS-approved factory in Eastern India for Spark Ignition Engines, and its products are manufactured according to applicable Indian Standards (IS).

Today, Renuka Engineering has expanded its manufacturing portfolio to include Pedestal Block Bearings / Pillow Block Bearings, including UCP, UCF, UCFL and other series, under the GOODWILL brand.

Our manufacturing unit for bearings is established in Rajkot, Gujarat, and we are focused on building GOODWILL into a leading Indian brand in the bearing and power transmission segment with a growing pan-India presence.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales of GOODWILL Pedestal Bearings / Pillow Block Bearings across the assigned territory.
Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers and industrial customers.
Identify and approach potential customers in the bearing, power transmission(electric motors), machinery and industrial components(V-belt and Gear Box) markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Conduct regular market visits and customer visits to generate enquiries and sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing products.
Develop business opportunities in industries and applications using Pedestal Bearings / Pillow Block Bearings.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and customer requirements.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activity and customer preferences.
Expand the distribution and dealer network in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular reporting of market visits, enquiries, sales pipeline and customer development.
Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Identify new markets and applications for GOODWILL Pedestal Bearings.
Travel extensively across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh as required.

Required Experience & SkillsMandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial/mechanical products.
Prior experience in one or more of the following is mandatory:
Pedestal Bearings / Pillow Block Bearings
V-Belts
Gearboxes
Electric Motors
Candidate must be currently residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Strong B2B / industrial sales experience.
Experience in dealer/distributor development will be preferred.
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate new business independently.
Good understanding of industrial markets and mechanical products.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
