We are hiring a SHIFT INCHARGE to supervise First Mile Operations for Meesho under our 3PL organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, process-driven, and want to build a long-term career in warehouse operations with a structured and rapidly growing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain trucks, vehicles, and transport equipment.
Identify and repair mechanical faults.
Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
Check engine, brakes, clutch, gearbox, battery, and other parts.
Attend to vehicle breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Maintain service and repair records.
Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for operations.
Coordinate with supervisors for repair and maintenance work.
Follow safety rules and use tools properly.

Requirements

10th Pass or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.
1–2 years of experience as a vehicle/heavy vehicle mechanic.
Experience with trucks, commercial vehicles, or fleet maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical tools.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Safety-focused, disciplined, and responsible.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
