Job Description – Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2+ years in sales; experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or luxury services preferred

The Environ Convention is a premium destination in Hyderabad for weddings, social celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions. With its distinctive glass architecture, elegant circular courtyard venue, stylish club spaces, and sophisticated ambience, The Environ Convention offers a unique setting for creating memorable experiences.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of The Environ Convention.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Generate leads and drive sales for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and other venue bookings.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial enquiry through site visits, negotiations, booking confirmation, and follow-up.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, corporate outreach, and client relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct venue tours and present The Environ Convention's facilities, packages, and services to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized packages based on client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

Client & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, event managers, corporates, travel and hospitality partners, and other key stakeholders.
Develop long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable venues, packages, and event solutions.
Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all enquiries and leads.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales confirmation to event execution.

Market Development

Develop strong relationships within Hyderabad's wedding, events, hospitality, and corporate ecosystem.
Identify emerging market opportunities, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Represent The Environ Convention at exhibitions, wedding expos, networking events, corporate forums, and industry events.
Develop referral and strategic partnerships with wedding planners, event companies, corporates, photographers, decorators, and other relevant businesses.

Sales Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and confirmed bookings.
Update CRM systems and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on targets, conversions, and upcoming opportunities.
Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, lead-generation initiatives, and events.
Coordinate with operations, banquet, food & beverage, finance, and other departments to ensure client requirements are communicated effectively.
Support and mentor junior sales team members when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience; experience in hospitality, events, weddings, luxury services, or real estate is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Hyderabad's wedding, social, corporate, and events market will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.
Confident and professional approach when dealing with premium and high-value clients.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email, and digital communication tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event and client requirements.
