Full job description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal departments, software development vendors, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, project updates are effectively communicated, and all project documentation is maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor ongoing IT projects from initiation to completion.
Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and pending activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, software development vendors, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Schedule project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prepare and maintain project status reports and progress updates.
Support project testing, implementation, and rollout activities.
Identify project risks and issues, escalate them when required, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation, records, and related reports.
Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT-related qualification preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, IT Support, Operations, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and business processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
