Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Site Supervisor with over 4 years of experience specializing in building electrification, power distribution, and solar rooftop installations. You will lead on-site execution, handle contractors, ensure strict safety, and manage projects from civil/structural mounting up to final electrical commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solar Rooftop Supervision & Execution
- Structure & Alignment: Supervise the civil/mechanical assembly of the solar mounting structure (GI structures). Ensure perfect alignment, true-south orientation, and correct tilt-angle to maximize power generation.
- Waterproofing & Anchoring: Oversee roof anchoring and drilling. Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing at every roof penetration to prevent any future roof leaks.
- Shadow Analysis: Conduct on-site shadow analysis to ensure panels are installed in zero-shadow zones.
- Module & Inverter Integration: Oversee secure mounting of PV modules and connection with AC/DC power inverters and distribution boxes.
2. Power Distribution & Electrification
- Circuit Management: Manage Single-Phase & Three-Phase circuit installations, MCCBs, and main distribution boards (DBs).
- Cable Sizing: Perform basic wire and cable sizing calculations (sq mm) based on load to prevent overheating or tripping issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix electrical faults, load trips, or incorrect wiring loops immediately on the spot.
3. Site & Material Management
- Contractor Management: Stand on-site, manage electrical/solar contractors, and strictly get the work done correctly and on time.
- Material & Wastage Control: Maintain a strict inventory of solar components (panels, MC4 connectors, structures, DC/AC cables). Stop material theft and drastically control wastage.
- Safety First: Enforce absolute safety standards for high-risk work, including proper safety harnesses/helmets for working at heights on roofs, and lock-out/tag-out protocols for electrical safety.

- Experience: 4+ years of solid, practical experience in electrical wiring
- Mobility: Must have a personal bike and be fully ready to visit nearby sites outside Indore as per project needs.
- Growth Mindset: A self-starter who has a hunger for growth and is enthusiastic about taking up multiple types of site work.

हमें एक ऐसे प्रैक्टिकल सुपरवाइजर की तलाश है जिसे बिल्डिंग वायरिंग, पावर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन का 4 साल से ज़्यादा का पक्का अनुभव हो। उम्मीदवार को साइट पर खुद खड़े रहकर ठेकेदारों से काम करवाना होगा, सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना होगा और कंपनी के साथ आगे बढ़ने की इच्छा रखनी होगी।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (काम क्या करना होगा?)
1. सोलर रूफटॉप सुपरविजन (Solar Rooftop Work)
- स्ट्रक्चर और एलाइनमेंट: सोलर के लोहे/GI स्ट्रक्चर की फिटिंग खुद खड़े होकर चेक करना। पैनल्स का रुख सही दिशा (True South) और सही झुकाव (Tilt Angle) पर होना चाहिए ताकि पूरी बिजली बन सके।
- वॉटरप्रूफिंग और रूफ प्रोटेक्शन: छत पर पैर जमाने (Anchoring/Drilling) का काम ध्यान से करवाना। ड्रिलिंग के बाद सही से केमिकल/सीलिंग करवाना ताकि भविष्य में छत से पानी न टपके (No Roof Leaks)।
- शैडो एनालिसिस (Shadow Analysis): साइट पर यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सोलर पैनल ऐसी जगह लगें जहाँ किसी पेड़, दीवार या टंकी की परछाई (Shadow) न आती हो।
- पैनल और इनवर्टर कनेक्शन: सोलर मॉड्यूल्स को सुरक्षित कसवाना और उनका कनेक्शन AC/DC इनवर्टर और डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन बॉक्स के साथ सही से करवाना।
2. पावर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन और इलेक्ट्रिकल काम
- सर्किट और डीबी ड्रेसिंग: सिंगल-फेज (Single-Phase) और थ्री-फेज (Three-Phase) सर्किट, MCCB, और मेन पावर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन बोर्ड (DB) की फिटिंग संभालना।
- केबल का सही नाप: लोड के हिसाब से सही वायर या केबल (कितने sq mm का केबल लगेगा) इस्तेमाल करवाना ताकि हीटिंग या शॉर्ट सर्किट की समस्या न हो।
- फॉल्ट ठीक करना (Troubleshooting): साइट पर ट्रिपिंग, वायरिंग की गड़बड़ या कनेक्शन के फॉल्ट को तुरंत खुद खड़े होकर ठीक करना।
3. साइट और सामान का मैनेजमेंट
- ठेकेदारों से काम करवाना: साइट पर मौजूद इलेक्ट्रिकल और सोलर ठेकेदारों (Contractors) और लेबर की निगरानी करना और सही समय पर सही काम निकालना।
- सामान का हिसाब और बचत: सोलर पैनल, MC4 कनेक्टर्स, स्ट्रक्चर और कीमती केबल्स का पक्का हिसाब रखना। साइट पर चोरी और सामान की बर्बादी (Wastage) रोकना।
- सुरक्षा (Safety): छत पर ऊंचाई पर काम करते समय लेबर को सेफ्टी बेल्ट (Harness) और हेलमेट पहनवाना अनिवार्य करना। बिजली चालू-बंद करते समय सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
