1. PROJECT MANAGER

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
PG / Masters in Cost / Project Management is added advantage.

Experience

7–15 years in Construction Project Management

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning through completion.
Prepare & Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure timely project delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Understand clients demand and Prepare feasibility Report.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
Manage project risks, contracts, and stakeholder communications.

Track project schedules and quality compliance.
