About GW Products

GW Products is building an AI-powered B2B distribution ecosystem connecting brands, warehouses, sales representatives, and retailers through a unified technology platform.

Our technology ecosystem is powered by Odoo ERP, serving as the backbone for sales, inventory, logistics, accounting, CRM, and business operations. Our Android applications are tightly integrated with Odoo APIs to deliver real-time business workflows, AI-powered automation, and seamless mobile experiences.

We are looking for developers who enjoy building scalable mobile applications that interact with enterprise systems and modern AI technologies.

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Android Developer with strong Kotlin skills and experience integrating mobile applications with Odoo ERP.

You will work closely with our Odoo developers, backend engineers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to build and maintain Android applications used by thousands of users across our distribution network.

This is an excellent opportunity for developers looking to grow their expertise in enterprise mobile development, ERP integrations, APIs, and AI-powered business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
Integrate Android applications with Odoo ERP through REST APIs.
Implement new mobile features based on business requirements.
Collaborate with Odoo developers to ensure seamless backend integration.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Work closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
Contribute to UI improvements and user experience enhancements.
Stay current with Android development trends and modern technologies.

Requirements: Must Have

1–3 years of professional Android development experience.
Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
Experience building Android applications using Android Studio.
Experience consuming REST APIs.
Experience integrating Android applications with Odoo ERP.
Understanding of Odoo data models and API communication.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Understanding of MVVM architecture.
Familiarity with Jetpack components.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.

Preferred

Experience with Odoo v17 or v18.
Experience working with AI-powered mobile features.
Knowledge of Firebase.
Experience with offline synchronization.
Familiarity with Material Design.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience publishing applications to Google Play.
