Full job description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to design, define, and drive the Business Analytics suite for the BONC Network platform. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software engineers to transform platform metrics (inquiries, local vs. global reach, buyer/seller engagement, and digital footprint visibility) into actionable, real-time interactive analytics.

You will collaborate directly with backend developers building .NET Core 8 REST APIs, frontend engineers rendering UI via Next.js, and infrastructure engineers deploying on Windows Server (IIS) environment.

Responsibilities

Business Requirements & KPI Mapping: Gather business analytics requirements from leadership and users; translate them into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Data Modeling & API Specifications: Define data schemas, key performance indicators (KPIs), and technical specifications for analytics endpoints built on .NET Core 8 REST APIs.
Dashboard & UI Analytics Design: Wireframe interactive B2B dashboard analytics and reporting modules to be built in Next.js (e.g., charts, lead tracking, ROI widgets, geographic reach breakdowns).
Windows Server / IIS Analytics Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure log analytics, server health metrics, and Next.js static node/IIS hosting performance metrics are properly captured.
SQL Data Querying & Validation: Write SQL queries to extract raw data, validate report accuracy, run ad-hoc B2B network analysis, and audit platform metrics before engineering deployment.
UAT & Deployment Verification: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for analytics features across backend API integrations and frontend Next.js visualization rendering.

Requirements

Understanding of .NET Core 8 Web API architecture, RESTful endpoints, JSON payloads, and basic C# data structures.
Familiarity with Next.js / React data visualization libraries (Recharts, Chart.js, Tremor, Tailwind CSS components).
Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL (writing complex SQL SELECT, GROUP BY, JOIN queries and stored procedures).
Basic operational understanding of Windows Server, IIS hosting (iisnode/ reverse proxy setup), and basic server logging.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics / Mixpanel / PostHog for platform event-tracking design.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps for backlog grooming and requirement mapping.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or B.Sc in Data Science / BCA / MCA / MBA in Information Systems.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst in a SaaS or web application environment.
Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to B2B platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, digital networking platforms, or lead-generation tools is strongly preferred.
