Candidates with a strong technical background who can contribute to coding, solutioning, architecture discussions, or technical reviews will be preferred. However, candidates with exceptional delivery, stakeholder management, and project coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.
Role Overview
As a Technical Product & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and successfully delivering software projects across web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms.
You will work closely with founders, clients, business analysts, designers, developers, QA engineers, and cloud engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
This role requires strong communication, structured thinking, ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to understand technical concepts. While hands-on coding is not mandatory, the ability to understand software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and development workflows will be a significant advantage.
You will be part of the Project Management Team, working from our Mumbai Office based out in Ghatkopar East. from Monday to Saturday - 930am to 630pm, 2nd & 4th Saturdays will be holiday.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement discovery and client discussions.
- Understand business objectives and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, sprint plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Break down features into manageable tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate with design, development, QA, cloud, and product teams.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Track project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource utilisation.
- Ensure requirements are clear before development begins.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely decisions, reviews, and approvals.
- Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines and effort.
- Monitor project budgets, effort utilisation, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure timely UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, release notes, status reports, and client updates.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
Technical Responsibilities (Preferred)
Candidates with technical expertise should be comfortable with one or more of the following:
- Understanding application architecture.
- Reviewing APIs and third-party integrations.
- Reading and understanding code when required.
- Assisting in technical estimation and solution discussions.
- Reviewing database structures and workflows.
- Supporting debugging and root cause analysis.
- Reviewing pull requests and development quality.
- Using Postman, Swagger, or similar API tools.
- Collaborating with developers on technical decisions.
- Supporting deployment planning and release management.
Hands-on coding is not mandatory for every candidate. However, applicants who can contribute technically in addition to delivery management will be preferred.
