About the Role:

Ugaoo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist to support smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations. This role combines IT support, asset management, and vendor coordination to ensure all teams have the infrastructure, tools, and support needed to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support

Manage and procure IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and peripherals across all locations.
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, asset allocation, movement, repairs, and lifecycle status for pan-India locations.
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues — across both Windows and Mac devices.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for issue resolution and system maintenance.
Ensure timely setup of devices, user onboarding, and basic IT readiness for new employees, including Mac setup and configuration.
Administer and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin console, user provisioning/deprovisioning, access management, etc.).

Asset Management

Maintain centralized asset data and documentation with regular audits.
Track warranties, AMCs, renewals, and repair history of devices and equipment.
Recommend replacements, upgrades, or procurement based on usage and condition.

Vendor Management

Coordinate with IT vendors, maintenance partners, and other service providers.
Raise service requests, follow up on pending issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
Compare quotations, maintain vendor records, and support cost-effective procurement.

Data & Reporting

Generate periodic reports on asset utilization, pending issues, and vendor performance.
Maintain clean and accurate operational data for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations coordination.
Good understanding of IT hardware, networking basics, and troubleshooting processes.
Should be aware of Mac setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and data management.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and vendor management skills.
Ability to travel between locations if required.
