Role and impact:
As a Senior Global Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Application Consultant, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, supporting the development of tools and processes that enable a high-performing organization. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the global HR organisation and in IT, ensuring robust governance and efficient employee life cycle administration.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the enhancement log and tickets from creation to implementation, including ongoing dialogues with module administrators and process owners.

Driving data quality initiatives and raising awareness of data models and foundations among stakeholders.

Leading data management initiatives, such as mass uploads, updating data tables, and implementing organizational and compensation changes.
-
Acting as the go-to person for Human Resources (HR) users as second-level support, sparring partner to module administrators, and assisting business process owners and system owners in development projects.

Maintaining system efficiency and acting as a global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Reporting, and Learning.

Making minor configuration changes and ensuring full utilization of module capabilities to support our digitalization journey in line with global HR policies and operational standards.

Conducting technical testing, sparring on test scenarios, and updating documentation such as configuration workbooks and work instructions.

Assessing release materials, evaluating their impact on business processes, and supporting module administrators in planning and coordinating release updates, including testing.

Driving self-service reporting capabilities through Stories and liaising with business stakeholders to understand and deliver on reporting needs.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage, but backgrounds in Oracle, Workday, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are also valued

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree
