Executive Assistant to Management / Personal Assistant

Company: District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–6 Years (Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary / Administration)
Industry Preference: Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, Microbrewery, F&B, Retail or Corporate

About Us

District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen is one of Bengaluru's leading hospitality destinations, offering premium dining, craft beer, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's/Management's calendar and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes (MOM).
Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with all departments and follow up on pending tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle confidential business documents with complete discretion.
Schedule travel, accommodation, and business meetings when required.
Organize and maintain company records and documentation.
Follow up with department heads on operational updates and deadlines.
Assist in HR, administration, vendor coordination, and office management.
Maintain meeting schedules and ensure timely completion of action items.
Support management in special projects and business initiatives.
Handle phone calls and business correspondence professionally.

Required Skills

Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Professional personality with high confidentiality.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Experience in preparing reports and presentations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA or equivalent)
Executive Assistant/Administration certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

3–6 years as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Administration Executive, or Personal Assistant.
Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Microbrewery, or Corporate experience preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
