Job Description – HR Recruiter Intern

Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: On-site

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Location: Coimbatore

Department: Human Resources

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment activities. The intern will gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, job posting, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities

Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls or online meetings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview schedules, updates, and feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related activities when required.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and candidate profiles.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the HR team.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers who are interested in recruitment and talent acquisition may apply.
Candidates must be available for a six-month, on-site internship.
