Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination
o Prepare and maintain the monthly marketing calendar based on approved priorities,
branch requirements, festivals, events, offers, and campaigns.
o Coordinate approved campaigns for occasions such as Diwali, Holi, Navratri, New
Year, Valentine’s Day, monsoon promotions, and other relevant events.
o Follow up with branches, agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and
vendors to ensure that campaign deliverables are completed within agreed
timelines.
o Maintain campaign briefs, approval records, action trackers, and closure status for
every marketing activity.
- Online Reviews & Guest Feedback Coordination
o Monitor guest ratings and feedback across Google Business Profile, Petpooja, WhatsApp, email, offline feedback cards, and other available
sources.
o Draft review responses using approved guidelines and appropriate AI tools; obtain
approval for sensitive cases before publishing.
o Escalate negative feedback to the concerned branch or department, coordinate
follow-up with the guest, and track the matter until proper closure.
o Maintain a Guest Recovery Tracker covering feedback received, owner, action
taken, follow-up, guest response, and closure status.
o Prepare monthly feedback analysis by branch, channel, issue category, recurrence,
and closure status.
- Social Media & Content Coordination
o Coordinate the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google
Business Profile, and other approved channels.
o Ensure timely posting of approved stories, reels, photographs, videos, captions,
offers, and engagement content.
o Create basic festival creatives, menu flyers, event posters, offer banners, staff
communication posters, and other routine material using Canva, Photoshop, or
approved design tools.
o Coordinate food photoshoots and basic in-house photography or videography, and
maintain an organised bank of approved photographs and videos.
o Capture and post approved event content such as karaoke nights, celebrations,
launches, and branch activities.
- Customer Database & WhatsApp Marketing
o Coordinate the collection and maintenance of accurate customer information,
including name, contact details, branch, birthday, anniversary, and relevant
preferences, with appropriate consent.
o Segment and update customer lists for branch-wise and campaign-wise
communication.
o Execute approved WhatsApp broadcasts and customer-engagement messages and
maintain records of campaigns and responses.
o Identify database gaps, duplicate records, inactive contacts, and opportunities for
better customer engagement, and report them to the Reporting Manager.
- Sales Analysis & Marketing Reporting
o Review the Daily Sales Report and prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales
performance sheets.
o Track the performance of menu items, offers, discounts, combos, events, and
marketing campaigns.
o Identify slow-selling items, high- and low-performing items, and campaign trends;
submit observations and recommendations for management review.
o Support analysis of item profitability, upselling opportunities, combo possibilities,
and dead items in coordination with Operations, Finance, Kitchen, and Service
teams.
o Measure marketing response and return on investment using available data, and
report what worked, what did not work, and the recommended next action.
o Prepare weekly activity updates and a consolidated monthly marketing progress
report for Management.
- Offline Marketing, Local Tie-ups & Event Support
o Coordinate approved offline marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution,
standees, tent cards, QR codes, karaoke, singers, keychain makers, and other local
initiatives.
o Identify and coordinate potential tie-ups with nearby offices, gyms, salons, hostels,
colleges, residential communities, and local businesses.
o Support the rollout of approved lunch packages, group offers, and partnership
promotions.
o Coordinate on-ground arrangements, visibility material, guest communication,
photographs, and follow-up reporting for branch events and promotional activities.
o Track nearby restaurants’ pricing, offers, campaigns, events, and promotional
practices and prepare a concise competitor update.
- Branch, Agency & Vendor Coordination
o Act as the single coordination point for the marketing agency, influencers,
designers, photographers, printers, and other marketing vendors assigned by
Management.
o Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Operations, Kitchen, Service, and other
departments to ensure that approved promotions are understood and implemented
correctly.
o Share approved campaign instructions and creatives with the concerned teams and
follow up on execution evidence and closure.
o Ensure that standees, tent cards, posters, QR codes, menu inserts, online listings,
and other marketing assets are current, accurate, and aligned with approved brand
guidelines.
o Escalate delays, incorrect execution, recurring gaps, guest-impacting issues, and
approval dependencies to the Reporting Manager in a timely manner.
- Training Material & Documentation Support
o Create or coordinate short videos, posters, and reference material for staff on
upselling, greeting lines, guest handling, offer communication, and customer
feedback.
o Maintain organised digital folders for approved creatives, campaign briefs, reports,
feedback analysis, event photographs, videos, and activity records.
o Support any additional marketing coordination or documentation assignment given
by Management, within the scope and approval framework of the role.
- Key Requirements
- Education
o Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Mass Communication,
or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
o Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, digital
marketing, guest engagement, or campaign execution is required. Freshers are not
eligible.
o Experience in restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or another multi
location consumer business will be preferred.
o Hands-on familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, Zomato, Canva, social-media platforms, and basic reporting tools is expected.
o Willingness to visit branches, support events, and work flexibly when campaigns or
operational requirements demand it.
o Verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
o Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent basic design tools.
o Practical understanding of social-media platforms, reels, captions, hashtags, and
audience engagement.
o Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including clean data entry, filters, percentages,
charts, pivot tables, and trend analysis.
o Basic photography and video-capture ability for food, events, promotions, and
social-media content.
o Responsible use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and review-reply tools, with human
review and appropriate escalation.
o Strong coordination, follow-up, stakeholder-management, and task-closure
capability.
o Guest sensitivity and a calm, solution-oriented approach to complaint and service
recovery coordination.
o Execution and process orientation.
o Attention to detail and disciplined documentation.
o Time management and the ability to manage multiple branches, campaigns,
vendors, and deadlines.
o Creativity, problem-solving, and data-driven reporting.
o Ability to work within approval boundaries and escalate exceptions in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
