Full job description

Acecorp Power Ventures India LLP is a manufacturer of LT Electrical Control Panels, MCCs, PCCs, PLC Panels, APFC Panels, Busducts and Industrial Automation Solutions. We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant who can help the Managing Partner stay focused on business growth by ensuring that commitments are tracked, coordinated and completed.

This is not a routine secretary role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, following up relentlessly, and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the Managing Partner's daily schedule and priorities.
Track and follow up on all delegated tasks until completion.
Prepare quotations, invoices and business documents.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and customer payments.
Draft professional emails, letters and reports.
Maintain enquiry, quotation and payment trackers.
Schedule meetings, travel and appointments.
Conduct internet research and collect business information.
Organize and maintain digital records and documents.
Assist with administrative and occasional personal coordination tasks.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has excellent follow-up skills and never lets tasks slip.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Can communicate confidently in English and Hindi.
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Is honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Can coordinate with multiple people and ensure deadlines are met.
Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, Admin Executive or similar role.
Stable employment history preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
