React Native Responsibilities: Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Architect, optimise and maintain codebases for performance, scalability and reliability.Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase and third-party libraries.Build robust solutions for offline capabilities and local data persistence.Enforce best practices in coding standards, testing, and performance optimization.Implement native modules (Android/iOS) when required to extend React Native functionality.Work closely with UI/UX teams to translate design mockups into clean, responsive and user friendly interfaces.Stay updated with the latest React Native ecosystem, libraries and mobile development trends. Required Technical Skills 5-8 years of professional experience in mobile app development.3+ years of hands on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong understanding of React Native architecture, including hooks, contexts, and state management.Deep knowledge of mobile app performance tuning, memory optimization and debugging.Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.Experience with Firebase for analytics tracking, crash reporting, and app distribution.Strong understanding of App Store and Play Store deployment processes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.Good understanding of version control systems, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.Solid understanding of security practices, including data encryption and secure storage.

Flutter Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality mobile applications. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing cross-platform mobile apps using the Flutter framework, ensuring performance, usability, and code quality. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Develop and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework. - Guidance to the native developer team who are switching from native to flutter. - Setting up direction for existing native legacy code to be re-written in flutter (best practices). - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across various devices. - Stay updated on Flutter and mobile development trends. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of IoT mobile applications developed using Flutter. - Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework. - Experience with Mobile design patterns e.g., MVVM, GoF, Bloc, Provider &, etc.
Experience with Redux and Saga
- Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter
- Working experience in mobile development native Android or iOS
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
