Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and hiring experience, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, restaurant, corporate, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding coordination.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with placement officers, consultants, and recruitment agencies.
Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets.

HR Operations (20%)

Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
Support employee confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
Draft HR letters, including offer letters, warning letters, and other employee communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Assist in maintaining HR MIS and reports.

Required Skills

Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment.
Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

6 months to 1 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Generalist profile.
Hospitality, Retail, QSR, Restaurant Industry hiring experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
