About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can independently manage our digital presence across social media platforms and support our lead generation activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp communication/follow-ups, along with assisting in and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
The ideal candidate should understand how social media works from a business perspective and should be comfortable with both content execution and performance marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, Canva/graphic designing, video editing and analytics will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain Natarix's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
- Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other relevant content.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Improve overall social media presence, reach and engagement.
- Research relevant trends, topics, hashtags and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the internal team for required content, information and creatives.
2. WhatsApp & Lead Follow-ups
- Handle incoming enquiries and leads received through WhatsApp and social media.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-up status.
- Ensure that genuine leads are not missed or left unattended.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Prepare basic reports on enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
3. Meta & Google Ads
- Create, manage and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, cost per lead and other important metrics.
- Test different audiences, creatives and campaign approaches.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Maintain basic understanding of campaign budgets and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports.
4. SEO – Added Advantage
- Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Keyword research and basic competitor research.
- Assist in improving website visibility and organic traffic.
- Understand basic SEO requirements for website pages and content.
- Monitor basic SEO performance using available tools.
5. Graphics & Content – Added Advantage
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Basic video/reel editing knowledge will be preferred.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual content.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Track social media growth and engagement.
- Track leads generated from different platforms.
- Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify what content and campaigns are performing well and suggest improvements.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has practical experience managing social media accounts.
- Understands Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Has hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Has basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Is comfortable handling WhatsApp enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Has good communication skills.
- Can work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Is creative and understands current social media trends.
- Can analyse basic marketing data and performance metrics.
- Is willing to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies.

Important
This is a hands-on execution role.
We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to simply posting content. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple digital marketing activities, following up with leads and taking responsibility for improving our online presence and lead generation.
Candidates with actual practical experience and demonstrable results will be preferred over candidates with only certifications or theoretical knowledge.

Salary & Growth
