Full job description

Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate Listing Management

Create, upload and regularly update property listings on platforms such as:
MagicBricks
99acres
Housing.com
Other relevant real estate portals
Write clear and attractive property descriptions.
Upload appropriate photographs, specifications, pricing and location information.
Ensure sold, rented or unavailable properties are removed or updated promptly.
Regularly refresh listings to improve their visibility.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across all property portals.

2. Digital Presence & LinkedIn

Actively manage and grow the digital presence of Fairdeal Estates and Manish Bhagtani.
Manage LinkedIn activity and maintain an active professional profile.
Post available properties, recently closed deals, market insights, investment opportunities and company updates.
Coordinate basic content for Instagram, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve Fairdeal Estates’ visibility online.
Coordinate with photographers, designers or content creators whenever required.
Maintain a regular digital posting calendar.

3. Executive Assistance

Work directly with Manish Bhagtani and take ownership of operational tasks that do not require his personal involvement.

This may include:

Managing schedules and appointments.
Organising meetings and property visits.
Maintaining reminders and follow-ups.
Coordinating with clients, property owners, brokers and other stakeholders.
Organising documents and property information.
Preparing basic presentations, property briefs and client information.
Maintaining records of ongoing requirements and deals.
Following up on pending tasks until completion.

The objective of this role is simple:

Free up the Director’s time so that he can concentrate on relationships, negotiations, property acquisition and closing deals.

4. Lead & Client Management

Maintain an organised database of buyers, sellers, investors and property requirements.
Record new enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, property portals and social media.
Categorise leads according to budget, location and property requirement.
Conduct initial follow-ups where required.
Ensure promising leads are brought to Manish’s attention.
Maintain records of follow-ups and client status.
Reconnect with older leads and requirements periodically.

5. Property Database Management

Maintain an organised and continuously updated database containing:

Available properties
Property owners
Asking prices
Locations
Property photographs/videos
Plot/area specifications
Client requirements
Broker contacts
Property status
Follow-up history

The candidate should gradually help create a system where any required property or client information can be retrieved quickly instead of being scattered across WhatsApp chats, calls and notes.

6. Market & Competitor Research

Monitor new real estate developments in Indore.
Track important projects and upcoming locations.
Research competing property listings.
Monitor asking prices and market trends.
Identify potentially valuable properties and opportunities.
Keep management updated about relevant digital and real estate trends.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should be:

Highly organised
Proactive rather than dependent on constant instructions
Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
Good at written and verbal communication
Confident using Excel/Google Sheets
Comfortable working with LinkedIn and social media
Able to learn platforms such as MagicBricks and 99acres quickly
Good at follow-ups and coordination
Detail-oriented with property information and numbers
Comfortable communicating professionally with premium clients
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsible with confidential business and client information

Prior real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong digital skills, communication ability and willingness to learn are more important.

Within the first few months, the person should be able to independently ensure that:

Property listings remain updated across platforms.
New properties are uploaded quickly.
Leads are properly recorded and followed up.
Manish’s pending tasks are organised and tracked.
Fairdeal Estates maintains a consistent digital presence.
LinkedIn becomes an active business-development channel.
Property and client information is systematically organised.
Routine digital and administrative work no longer requires the Director’s daily involvement.

We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset.

If something needs to be done, the candidate should be able to understand the objective, figure out the next steps and ensure that the task reaches completion.

This role can grow significantly with the company and is ideal for someone who wants direct exposure to premium real estate consultancy, business development, digital marketing and client management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
