Full job description

Qualicon Infra Pvt. Ltd., part of a growing infrastructure group and working in joint venture with Q Green Techcon Limited, is looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive / Sales Engineer to support business development and client engagement across infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer with hands-on infrastructure, highway, road or construction project experience who wants to move beyond pure site execution into a technical, client-facing and commercial role.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding project requirements, visiting project sites, interacting with clients and contractors, presenting technical solutions, preparing BOQs and techno-commercial proposals, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, roads, highways, mining and industrial sectors.
Visit project sites and understand client/project requirements.
Conduct client meetings, technical discussions and product/service presentations.
Provide practical technical solutions based on project requirements.
Prepare BOQs, techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tender-related documents.
Coordinate with engineering, execution and technical teams for solution development.
Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
Track upcoming infrastructure projects, tenders and market opportunities.
Understand competitor activities and market trends.
Follow up with prospective clients and support the complete business development cycle.
Assist in negotiations and commercial discussions.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
Travel extensively to project sites and client locations as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, EPC, roads or highway projects.
Candidates with site execution experience who are interested in technical sales / business development are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of civil construction and infrastructure works.
Knowledge of roads, highways, earthwork, soil stabilization and related civil works will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of BOQ, estimation, tender documents and techno-commercial proposals.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable interacting with contractors, consultants, government/PSU representatives and other stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, will be preferred.
