Job Title: Management Trainee

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

About the Role

Sprint Upp is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and growth-oriented Management Trainee who wants to build practical experience in business operations, e-commerce management, and online payment management.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers who want hands-on exposure to managing online business processes. The selected candidate will work closely with our team and learn how day-to-day e-commerce operations, order processing, online payments, reporting, and customer coordination are managed professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across online platforms.
Upload and update product details, prices, descriptions, images, inventory, and other information.
Monitor incoming orders and coordinate their processing and fulfilment.
Track order status, shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Assist in managing online payments and maintaining transaction records.
Verify successful, failed, pending, and refunded payment transactions.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, expenses, and operational activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned manager.
Assist with basic customer support and resolve order-related queries professionally.
Support the team in improving e-commerce workflows and overall operational efficiency.
Perform other administrative and management-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Training and Experience Provided

E-commerce platform management

Inventory and order management
Online payment processing
Transaction verification and reconciliation
Returns, refunds, and cancellation management
Customer and vendor coordination
Sales and operational reporting
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Candidate Requirements

Graduate or final-year student from any recognised institution.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers, email, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Interest in e-commerce, business management, operations, or online payments.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and professional.
Comfortable working from the office from Monday to Saturday.
Candidates residing near Dwarka or nearby areas will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with online payment methods, payment gateways, UPI, refunds, and transaction tracking.
Basic knowledge of reporting and data management.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Previous experience is not mandatory. Proper guidance and practical learning opportunities will be provided.
