Department: Creative
Reporting To: Creative Head

Job Purpose

The Social Media Management Executive will be responsible for building and managing the brand’s online and offline community. The role involves social media management, content coordination, influencer marketing, on-ground marketing activities, campaign execution, and managing marketing-related projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage the brand’s social media platforms and ensure consistent and engaging content.
Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
Create and publish posts, reels, stories, captions and other social media content.
Write creative and engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for photography, videography, graphics and other content requirements.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and growth.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, sounds and content opportunities.

2. Meta Ads & Digital Marketing

Manage and monitor Meta advertising campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
Coordinate campaign creatives, captions, targeting and budgets.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions and cost per result.
Explore opportunities to improve the brand’s digital visibility and engagement.

3. Influencer & Creator Marketing

Identify relevant influencers, creators and local personalities for brand collaborations.
Research influencers based on location, audience, engagement and relevance to the brand.
Coordinate with influencers regarding collaborations, deliverables and timelines.
Track influencer campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Build and maintain a database of influencers and content creators.

4. On-Ground Marketing

Identify high-potential locations and opportunities for offline brand promotion.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, activations and promotions.
Identify events, colleges, offices, communities, markets and other relevant locations for brand visibility.
Coordinate with influencers and local partners for promotional activities.
Explore innovative ways to increase brand awareness, footfall and customer engagement.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of on-ground campaigns.

5. Project Management

Take ownership of marketing projects assigned by management from planning to completion.
Develop timelines, coordinate with relevant teams and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, agencies, influencers and other external stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify delays or issues and take corrective action.
Ensure that assigned projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

6. Community & Customer Engagement

Build an active and engaged online community around the brand.
Monitor customer feedback, comments, reviews and online conversations.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate relevant feedback to the concerned teams.
Encourage user-generated content and customer participation.
Develop initiatives to increase customer interaction and brand loyalty.

7. Brand & Campaign Support

Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, launches and promotions.
Ensure all communication follows the brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Coordinate with operations/outlet teams for campaign execution.
Assist in new outlet launches, local marketing and promotional activities.
Identify new marketing opportunities and propose ideas to improve brand visibility.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain records of influencers, vendors, campaigns and marketing activities.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Monitor emerging marketing and social media trends.
Prepare weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritise tasks based on business requirements.
Take initiative and independently execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Meta Ads Manager.
Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Creative thinking and an understanding of current social media trends.
Influencer identification and relationship management skills.
Good project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.

Social media growth and engagement.

Influencer campaign effectiveness.

Successful and timely completion of assigned projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
