Position

Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and target-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both B2B corporate sales and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating corporate leads, approaching decision-makers, converting prospects into clients and simultaneously helping grow the company's social media presence.

This is a hybrid role combining Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Database Management and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Generate new B2B/corporate leads for plant rental, plant maintenance and other EARTH N POTS services.

- Identify potential companies and relevant decision-makers.

- Approach corporate professionals through cold calling, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

- Contact Admin Directors, Administration Heads, Facility Heads/Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Directors/Heads, Workplace Experience Heads, Corporate Services Heads, ESG/CSR professionals and other relevant decision-makers.

- Schedule meetings and site visits.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

- Prepare and share quotations and company profiles as required.

- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.

Corporate Database Management

- Research and compile a database of potential corporate clients.

- Collect and maintain company and decision-maker information.

- Regularly update lead status, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversions.

- Maintain an organized and usable corporate sales database.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage and promote EARTH N POTS across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

- Help create/re-purpose reels, posts, stories and other promotional content.

- Research relevant content ideas, trends, keywords and hashtags.

- Promote corporate plant rental, maintenance, landscaping and other services.

- Engage with relevant corporate professionals and businesses through social platforms.

- Help increase Instagram followers, LinkedIn network and YouTube subscribers.

- Generate business enquiries through digital platforms wherever possible.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain daily/weekly lead and sales reports.

- Track calls, meetings, follow-ups, quotations and conversions.

- Monitor social media growth and engagement.

- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and digital marketing performance.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should be:

- Confident and good at communication.

- Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients.

- Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups.

- Good at internet research and data collection.

- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email.

- Interested in social media and digital marketing.

- Able to create basic content using Canva/CapCut.

- Comfortable interacting with senior corporate professionals.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in sales, business development, lead generation or digital marketing.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, facility management, office services, landscaping, interiors, workplace solutions or similar industries will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

The candidate will be evaluated on:

- Qualified corporate leads generated

- Decision-maker database created

- Meetings/site visits generated

- Quotations generated

- New clients acquired

- Sales revenue generated

- Lead-to-client conversion

- Social media follower growth

- YouTube subscriber growth

- Digital enquiries generated

Important Requirement

We are specifically looking for a multi-skilled candidate who is willing to take ownership of both sales and digital marketing, rather than someone restricted to only calling or only social media management.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

Research → Build Database → Find Decision-Makers → Approach → Generate Leads → Follow Up → Convert → Maintain Client Relationships → Promote the Brand Digitally.

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and suitability, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
