Job Title: Marketing & Brand Communications Executive / Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 3-7 years
Salary: Rs 35,000- Rs 75,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
Employment: Full-time, Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, articulate and commercially aware Marketing & Brand Communications professional with 3-7 years of experience in marketing, brand building, communications or digital media.

The role requires someone who understands how brands are built and positioned, can develop strong marketing communication, and is confident interacting with senior and high-profile clients.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing and brand-building strategy.
Develop brand positioning, messaging and communication for different products and services.
Create and edit marketing content including presentations, proposals, website content, email campaigns, social media communication and client-facing material.
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Work on campaigns aimed at improving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Coordinate with design, digital, content, sales and external partners to execute campaigns.
Research markets, competitors, customers and emerging trends to identify marketing opportunities.
Develop campaign concepts and briefs for designers, content teams and digital marketing teams.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual communication across different channels.
Analyse marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on performance.
Support new product/service launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Participate in meetings, presentations and discussions with senior clients and business partners.
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs and actionable marketing plans.
Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for important clients and prospects.
Follow up with clients professionally and maintain strong ongoing relationships.

What We Are Looking For

3-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, communications, digital marketing, advertising, PR or a related field.
Strong understanding of brand building, positioning and marketing communication.
Excellent command over spoken and written English is mandatory.
Confidence and maturity to communicate with senior management, CXOs, business owners and high-profile clients.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write crisp, professional emails, proposals, presentations and marketing communication.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and contemporary marketing channels.
Ability to understand a business problem and convert it into a marketing solution rather than simply execute instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with AI and contemporary marketing tools for research, ideation and productivity.
Self-driven, organised and capable of taking ownership of assignments.

This is not a purely social media or digital advertising role.

We are looking for someone who understands the larger picture of building a brand, communicating its value effectively and representing the organisation confidently in front of important clients and business partners.

Candidates should be prepared to share examples of marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, presentations, content or client assignments they have personally handled.
