Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Verify guest identification and booking details.
Assist with room allocation and coordinate with the Housekeeping Department for room status.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest messages promptly.
Assist with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel/property management system.
Collect room payments and provide invoices/receipts as required.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, nearby attractions, and transportation.
Handle guest luggage and coordinate luggage assistance when required.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Maintain proper records of cash, payments, keys, and guest documents.
Assist with daily Front Office reports and shift handovers.
Handle guest feedback and ensure issues are communicated to the concerned department.
Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and guest privacy standards.
Assist the Front Office Supervisor/Manager with other operational duties.

Pay: ₹8,357.63 - ₹12,707.72 per month
