About the Role

CC Learning App is looking for an experienced and engaging Co-operative Bank Subject Faculty to create examination-oriented content for Kerala Co-operative Bank and CSEB recruitment exams.

The role involves recorded classes, live sessions, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, webinars, previous-question discussions and student doubt-clearing sessions.

Subjects and Areas of Expertise

Candidates should be able to handle one or more of the following areas:

Principles and Practice of Co-operation
Kerala Co-operative Societies Act
Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules
Co-operative Law
Co-operative Banking
Co-operative Management
Types, functions and administration of co-operative societies
Recent amendments and developments in the co-operative sector
CSEB previous-year questions
Banking and Accounting, subject to relevant expertise

Examinations Covered

The faculty may be required to create content for:

CSEB Junior Clerk/Cashier
Secretary
Assistant Secretary
System Administrator
Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Academic Delivery

Deliver syllabus-oriented recorded and live classes for Co-operative Bank examinations.
Explain Co-operative Law, Act, Rules and related concepts in simple Malayalam.
Prepare classes according to the latest official syllabus and examination pattern.
Conduct previous-year-question discussions and model-question sessions.
Prepare topic-wise revision classes and examination strategies.
Conduct student doubt-clearing and academic support sessions.
Complete assigned syllabus portions according to the approved academic calendar.

Video and Social-Media Content

Present detailed video classes for the CC Learning App.
Create educational videos for the CC Learning App YouTube channel.
Participate in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form educational content.
Conduct live YouTube sessions, webinars and demo classes.
Create content explaining important notifications, amendments and examination updates.
Work with the academic, studio and digital-content teams according to the approved recording calendar.

Content Preparation

Prepare structured lesson plans before recordings and live classes.
Submit presentations, teaching notes and reference materials within the agreed timeline.
Prepare important sections, rules, amendments and revision points.
Create topic-wise MCQs, previous questions and practice questions.
Assist in preparing study materials, answer keys and question explanations.
Ensure that videos, notes and questions are aligned with the assigned syllabus.

Academic Accuracy and Quality

Verify all legal provisions and official information before presenting them.
Use the latest available Act, Rules and officially notified amendments.
Clearly differentiate between Acts, Rules, amendments, circulars and departmental instructions.
Avoid presenting unverified information as official guidance.
Correct identified academic errors within the prescribed timeframe.
Participate in academic-quality reviews and make improvements based on feedback.
Avoid plagiarism and unauthorised use of copyrighted materials.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a relevant qualification such as:

JDC
HDC & BM
B.Com with Co-operation
M.Com
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Co-operation
LLB/LLM with knowledge of Co-operative Law
Banking or co-operative-sector qualification
Other relevant or equivalent qualifications

Preferred Experience

Previous experience teaching CSEB or Co-operative Bank examination subjects.
Experience working in a co-operative bank, society, department or related institution.
Experience in competitive-examination coaching.
Experience delivering recorded or live online classes.
Familiarity with previous-question patterns and Kerala CSEB syllabi.

Fresh candidates with exceptional subject knowledge, strong presentation skills and an excellent teaching demo may also be considered.

Essential Skills

Strong knowledge of Co-operative Law, Act, Rules or related subjects.
Clear and fluent Malayalam communication.
Ability to simplify complex legal and technical concepts.
Confidence and professional presentation before the camera.
Good voice modulation and student-engagement skills.
Familiarity with English terminology used in Acts, Rules and banking subjects.
Ability to prepare structured presentations, notes and questions.
Commitment to academic accuracy and timely content delivery.
Ability to receive feedback and make necessary improvements.
