Full job description

Our client is seeking a versatile and visually driven Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative environment supporting projects across content, entertainment, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, social media, and brand campaigns.

The role will involve taking design requirements from concept through final execution across multiple formats, including branding, social media, pitch decks, campaign creatives, print collateral, presentations, and entertainment-focused visual assets. The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in visual communication with the ability to adapt to different creative styles, briefs, audiences, and delivery formats.

This position is suited to a designer who can balance creative thinking with execution speed, maintain a high standard of visual quality, and collaborate effectively with writers, producers, directors, and other creative stakeholders across multiple projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop branding and identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
Create social media design assets such as Instagram posts, reel covers, thumbnails, carousels, stories, promotional creatives, and other digital-first content.
Develop pitch decks and presentations for brand proposals, creative concepts, production pitches, digital content, and other business or creative requirements.
Design print and marketing collateral including posters, brochures, invitations, flyers, banners, standees, and merchandise mockups.
Create visual assets for content and entertainment projects, including title cards, show logos, key art references, moodboards, and visual treatments.
Develop moodboards and visual research references to support campaigns, shoots, characters, sets, costumes, props, and broader creative concepts.
Translate creative briefs, ideas, and narratives into clear and compelling visual communication.
Work closely with writers, producers, directors, and creative teams to develop design solutions that align with the intended concept and audience.
Adapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms, dimensions, and design languages while maintaining visual consistency.
Work across both premium and mass-market visual styles depending on the project, audience, and brand requirement.
Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.
Prepare final artwork and presentation-ready files with strong attention to detail, file organisation, and production requirements.
Stay informed about contemporary design trends across fashion, film, advertising, digital media, social platforms, and popular culture.
Maintain consistency in typography, composition, colour, layout, hierarchy, and overall visual language across deliverables.
Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make revisions efficiently while preserving the core creative direction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or a closely related creative design role.
Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
Demonstrated ability to design across multiple formats, platforms, and creative styles.
Experience working on digital-first design requirements, particularly social media and branded content.
Ability to understand creative briefs and independently translate them into effective visual outputs.
Strong attention to detail, file organisation, and design consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong creative judgement combined with practical execution skills.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work across branding, digital content, campaigns, presentations, or related creative projects.

Preferred:

Experience working within content, entertainment, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, media, or brand campaign environments.
Exposure to premium as well as mass-market design languages.
Basic motion design or video editing capabilities.
Experience with digital illustration tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and design workflows.
Strong awareness of contemporary visual trends and digital culture.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / TOOLS

The candidate should be proficient in most of the following:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Figma
Canva
Microsoft PowerPoint
Keynote
Google Slides

Additional preferred capabilities include:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Procreate or other digital illustration tools
AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms
