Full job description

Department : Sales Job Role - Responsible for Corporate membership sales for the Club. - Clear understanding of the Clubs business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals as directed by S&M manager. - Represent Clubs in various events and exhibition. - Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner. - Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.) - Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. - Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team. - Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers. - Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts) - Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir etc.). - Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. - Arrange, Record and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments. - Interaction with client in regards to leads, hotel needs and client travel. - Meets with clients in the absence of the Director of Sales or Sr. Sales Managers to effectively and professionally convey details of the sale to the client. - Establishes strong relationships with vendors to ensure maximization of hotel revenue. - Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department (i.e. BEOs, contracts, rooming lists, proposals) are completed accurately and on time. - Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times. - Other duties as assigned by your Reporting manager. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate/ Diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration/Marketing. - At least 02-05 years’ experience as a sales coordinator of a medium sized Club/Hotel of international 4 or 5 star standards - Knowledge of accounting and excel. Department : Banquet Sales Job Role - Proposes banquet Venue Menu and pricing in consultation with Banquet Sr. Manager & Chef. - Develops long and short-term market plans. - Keeps in touch with all major clients (customer service) - Coordinates with Banquet Manager for menu changes according to guest demand and sales history. - Constantly monitors customer feedback by interacting with guests on a daily basis. - Ensures timely distribution of all Function Prospectus to all concerned departments. - Ensures documentation of all customer interactions (contracts, house rules etc.) - Ensure timely payment of all banquet bills. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduation/ 2- 3 years diploma in Club Management/ diploma in sales - Detailed knowledge of all hospitality policies and procedures. - Outstanding guest relation skills. - Is a natural sales person. - Food & Beverage product knowledge. - Ensures Banquets Sales office is maintained professionally. - Responsible for maintenance of all Banquet records as per Organizations policy. - Proposes and ensures improvement of all banquet records as per Organizations policy. - Proposes and ensures improvement in work by recommending changes in methods. Department : Sales Job Role - The candidate should be a Graduate /MBA with 10years experience in Direct Sales of living space/villas as a Manager in large real estate companies. - Should be conversant working on Computers. - Should be capable of handling a team of 5. - Should have good communication skills. Department : Layout Projects Qualification: B Sc / M Sc Horticulture Job Role - Identification & Knowledge of ornamental plants & their maintenance operations including specific requirements of different categories of plants - Knowledge of terrace gardens - development & maintenance. - Experience in development & maintenance of vertical gardens. - Good knowledge of fertilization, pest & disease control type, dosage & time of pesticide & fertilizer application including organic methods - Efficient Labor management skills & knowledge of statutory compliances. - Ability to understand AUTOCAD Drawings - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Good E-mailing skills for coordination with internal departments, Associations, external clients & vendors. - Working knowledge of irrigation system and ability to study irrigation drawings. - Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Power Point), Budgeting, cost negotiation skills. - Good in planning, scheduling & follow-ups. - Candidate with experience in handling layouts projects will be preferred. Department : Site Accounts Qualification: B Com / MBA Job Role - Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, work orders, invoices, statements, etc. - Monitor and drive vendor payments . - Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensure payment is received for outstanding credit; respond to vendor enquiries regarding finance. - Assist in preparation of analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. - Continue to improve the payment process. - Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job related topics including bills and contract agreements. - Assist and work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures. - Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management. - Validation of bills received. - Seeking approvals and accounting for the bills. - Preparation and disbursement of cheques/payments - Number of instances of non-adherence to the accounting process and standards for various transactions. - Adherence to timelines for preparation and submission of MIS/status reports for the accounting activities Department : Finishing works Qualification: B Tech / Diploma in Civil Job Role - Should have finishing works experience in high rise residential buildings. - Ensuring all drawings, specifications and work procedure are kept up to date and available on site. - To be responsible for monitoring and follow-up safety aspects. - Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works. - Knowledge of High Rise Residential / Commercial/ Township/ and well conversant with requirements of Real Estate / Construction sector is a must. Department : Civil (MIVAN Structure) Qualification: B Tech / Diploma in Civil Job Role - Should have MIVAN structure works experience in high rise residential buildings. - Timely execution of the job within given specification and budget for an assigned area. - To ensure the safety at work as per site safety plan. - Adhere to Quality standards & procedures - Execute the job as per Standard procedure and maintain the record for the same. - Ensuring that all-relevant data required for preparing sub contractor bill and client invoice is given to billing engineer in time. Department : Non Technical / Technical Job Role - Should have 5 -10 years of experience as a Supervisor - Non technical / Site supervisor in High Rise residential or commercial projects. - Need to have good experience in Structure as well as finishing works. - Having experience in Aluminum shuttering will be added advantage to the profile. - Should be capable of reading drawings.
