About the Company

Digital Doctor Clinic, an OBDU Group Company, is a modern healthcare initiative that combines physical clinical infrastructure with advanced digital technology to deliver seamless healthcare services through both remote and in-person consultations.

Our clinics are equipped with telemedicine facilities, Electronic Health Records (EHR), AI-powered diagnostics, digital testing equipment, and virtual consultation capabilities to ensure accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare.

Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages. Our mission is to make qualified healthcare available to every citizen by enabling villagers to consult MBBS doctors from their own Gram Panchayats through digital healthcare technology.

We are committed to transforming rural healthcare by expanding Digital Doctor Clinics throughout Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, ensuring that quality medical care reaches even the most remote communities.

Job Summary

Digital Doctor Clinic is looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence across social media platforms and build trust through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and supporting the company's marketing objectives through effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

· Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.

· Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

· Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate quality leads.

· Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.

· Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.

· Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

· Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.

· Increase brand awareness, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation through social media initiatives.

· Collaborate with internal teams to promote healthcare services, events, and company announcements.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

· Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.

· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Excellent content writing and communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

· Understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising.

· Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
