Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

About NETIMPAKT

NETIMPAKT is building a powerful business platform designed to help organisations attract customers, convert enquiries into appointments, manage operations and build lasting customer relationships.

We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven Business Development Manager who can help take the business to the market.

This is not a role for someone looking for a comfortable desk job.

We are looking for a go-getter—someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, creating opportunities, following up relentlessly and closing business.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of NETIMPAKT.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, approaching prospective customers, understanding their business needs, demonstrating the value of NETIMPAKT and converting opportunities into paying customers.

You will work closely with the leadership team and will have the opportunity to contribute directly to how our sales and commercial strategy evolves.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for leads to arrive.

You create the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Actively prospect for potential customers through multiple channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Meet prospective customers and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and position NETIMPAKT as a solution.
Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales process.
Negotiate and close business.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities and sales activities.
Achieve agreed customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Develop relationships with potential channel partners, affiliates and referral sources.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help improve the product and commercial strategy.
Work with the team to develop repeatable and scalable sales processes.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with 5–8 years of hardcore sales or business development experience.

Ideally, you have experience in one or more of the following:

B2B sales
Technology or SaaS sales
Business services
Digital solutions
SME or enterprise sales
Channel or partnership development

However, attitude and sales ability are more important than industry background.

You should be someone who:

Is naturally comfortable approaching new people.
Does not get discouraged by rejection.
Enjoys the challenge of winning new business.
Has a strong follow-up discipline.
Can build relationships but also knows when to ask for the order.
Is commercially sharp and understands that activity must ultimately lead to revenue.
Can work independently and take ownership.
Is energetic, persistent and resourceful.
Is willing to experiment with different approaches to find what works.
Has the hunger to grow with a company.

The Person We Do Not Want

This role may not suit someone who:

Waits for the company to provide all the leads.
Needs constant instructions.
Is comfortable making calls but uncomfortable asking for business.
Gives up after one or two follow-ups.
Is primarily interested in social media posting or digital marketing.
Measures success by the number of meetings rather than the business generated.
Is looking for a routine 9-to-5 role with limited accountability.

You should enjoy the entire process:

Finding the prospect → opening the conversation → understanding the problem → demonstrating the solution → following up → overcoming objections → closing the deal.

And then doing it again.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹5–8 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and capability.
