About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Unified Communications (UC) & Contact Center (CC) Sales Specialist to drive growth across India and the broader APAC region. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and positioning end-to-end UC and Contact Center solutions that enable digital transformation and enhanced customer experience.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and engagement with enterprise customers and senior IT stakeholders throughout APAC.

What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and pipeline development for Unified Communications / Contact Center solutions across India and APAC.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.

Position and articulate the business value of end-to-end UC and CC solutions, including voice and SIP-based services.

Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and develop tailored technology solutions.

Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to business and technical decision-makers.

Build strong relationships with senior IT leaders, procurement teams, and key business stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales, solution architects, product teams, delivery teams, and regional stakeholders to develop winning proposals.

Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract support activities to successfully close opportunities.

Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure effective solution design and execution.

Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive positioning, emerging technologies, and customer requirements in the UC and CC domains.

What you’ll need to succeed (Skills & Experience)

Experience

Experience positioning integrated UC, CC, and SIP voice solutions for enterprise customers.

Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex sales opportunities.

Experience working with multinational organizations and cross-functional teams across geographies.

Exposure to managing customers in India and other APAC markets is highly desirable.

5 to 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or presales roles within the Unified Communications and/or Contact Center industry.

Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior IT leadership.

Strong proposal development and business case creation skills.

Commercial acumen with experience in pricing discussions and contract negotiations.

Proven experience working with leading UC and CC platforms such as:

- Microsoft Teams
- Cisco Webex
- Genesys
- Zoom
- NICE CXone
- Five9 or similar platforms

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

About the role

The Sales Professional (Product/Industry/Tech) supports enterprise business partnering with specialists for a designated product, industry area and technology, supporting with opportunity creation through the identification, generation, and delivery of a pipeline of sales opportunities for an industry portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supports sales and go-to-market strategies for products and services that drive customer success and account revenues within defined segment.
2. Supports customer and industry relationships, contributing towards new sales activity in targeted accounts.
3. Contributes towards customer and partner feedback to aide product and services development.
4. Supports in the execution of a business plan strategy for defined accounts.
5. Supports the development of customer pipelines, deal orchestration and closing for the team
6. Executes and delivers within standardised procedures in order to achieve objectives and the vision of the sales specialist function.
7. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the sales specialist team processes.
