Facebook Ads Expert — Financial Services & Insurance Vertical
Quantumspike Digital Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: ₹1,00,000-₹1,50,000 (based on experience)
About Us
Quantumspike Digital is a client services agency specializing in digital marketing for the life insurance and broader financial services industry. We manage paid advertising, funnels, and CRM/automation (GoHighLevel) for a portfolio of insurance agents, agencies, and financial product companies operating in the US market. Our clients depend on us not just to run ads, but to understand their business, speak their language, and be a trusted, hands-on partner they can call when something needs fixing.
We're growing and looking for a Facebook Ads specialist who can own client-facing campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and setup, to troubleshooting on live calls, to understanding how ads connect into GoHighLevel funnels and automations.
Role Summary
We're hiring an experienced Facebook (Meta) Ads Expert who has spent significant time running paid campaigns specifically for financial products, life insurance, annuities, Medicare, or related regulated financial verticals in the US market. This is not a generalist ads role — deep familiarity with compliance-sensitive ad accounts, lead-gen for insurance/financial offers, and the unique cost/performance benchmarks of this industry is essential.
Beyond media buying, you'll be a client-facing problem solver: someone comfortable jumping on a call with a client, diagnosing why a campaign underperformed or an account got flagged, and walking them through the fix in plain language — while also being able to look at the GoHighLevel (GHL) side of the funnel (landing pages, forms, workflows, pipelines) to identify whether the issue is on the ad side, the funnel side, or the automation side.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Build, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for insurance and financial product clients, including lead generation, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Develop and continuously refine audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies tailored to the financial/insurance vertical.
- Monitor account health and campaign performance daily; proactively flag issues before clients notice them.
- Manage ad budgets across multiple client accounts, optimizing for cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) benchmarks specific to insurance/financial offers.
Compliance & Account Health
- Navigate Meta's advertising policies around financial products, insurance, and "special ad categories" (credit, employment, housing, financial services) to keep accounts in good standing.
- Handle ad disapprovals, account restrictions, and policy flags — understand root causes and resolve them quickly.
- Stay current on Meta policy changes affecting financial services advertisers.
Client-Facing Work
- Join live calls with clients (insurance agents, agency owners, financial marketers) to review performance, explain strategy, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Translate ad performance data into clear, non-technical explanations for clients who may not have a marketing background.
- Act as a trusted advisor — someone clients feel confident handing their ad spend and lead flow to.
GoHighLevel (GHL) & Funnel Awareness
- Review the GHL side of client accounts — landing pages, opt-in forms, pipelines, and automation workflows — to determine whether a performance issue originates from the ad, the landing page/funnel, or the automation/follow-up sequence.
- Coordinate with the internal team on funnel or workflow fixes when the issue isn't ad-related.
- Ensure proper tracking, pixel/Conversions API setup, and lead attribution are correctly configured between Facebook and GHL.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present clear performance reports (leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS) on a recurring cadence.
- Communicate proactively with the internal team and clients — flagging risks, opportunities, and recommendations without being asked.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns, with a portfolio or verifiable track record.
- Demonstrated experience running campaigns specifically for US-based clients/audiences.
- Direct experience advertising financial products, life insurance, annuities, Medicare, final expense, or similar regulated financial services offers — you understand the compliance landscape, not just performance marketing in general.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including Special Ad Category rules, Conversions API, Business Manager account structure, and troubleshooting ad rejections/account flags.
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (or comparable all-in-one CRM/funnel platforms) — able to navigate funnels, pipelines, and workflows to diagnose issues even if not building them from scratch.
- Comfortable and confident speaking directly with clients on video/phone calls — explaining performance, handling objections, and troubleshooting live.
- Strong analytical skills — able to read performance data and translate it into clear action items.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work US business hours overlap for client calls (please note your timezone and availability when applying).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience working inside an agency (managing multiple client ad accounts simultaneously) rather than only in-house for a single brand.
- Experience with lead quality control for insurance/financial verticals (understanding what makes a "good" vs. "junk" lead in this space).
- Familiarity with call tracking and lead attribution tools in combination with GHL.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager account recovery/appeals process.
- Basic understanding of TCPA compliance and lead consent requirements as they relate to financial/insurance marketing.
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint or equivalent (not required, but a plus).
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Client ad accounts stay compliant, healthy, and rarely get flagged or shut down.
- Cost-per-lead and lead quality steadily improve across managed accounts.
- Clients trust you enough to hand you their ad spend without hovering — because you communicate proactively and fix issues before they become complaints.
- When something breaks (ad rejection, funnel drop-off, tracking issue), you can independently diagnose whether it's a Facebook problem or a GHL/funnel problem, and either fix it or route it to the right person immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary: ₹1,00,000-₹1,50,000 based on experience
- 100% remote position
- Performance-based bonus structure available
- Direct mentorship and growth path within a growing agency
- Opportunity to specialize deeply in a high-demand, high-value niche (financial/insurance performance marketing)
How to Apply
Please submit the following:
- Your resume/CV
- A brief cover note (video or written) describing your experience with financial product or insurance ad accounts specifically
- 2–3 examples or case studies of campaigns you've managed (metrics welcome — CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead volume)
- Your current timezone and weekly availability for US-hours client calls
- Your familiarity level with GoHighLevel (none / basic / intermediate / advanced)
