NetSense Cybersecurity is building enterprise-grade cybersecurity, firewall, SD-WAN, secure networking, and cloud-managed security products for Indian and global markets. We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Design Specialist who can own design work end to end — from understanding the requirement and creating concepts to delivering final creatives across digital, print, product, and sales channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment where designs need to be built from scratch, improved continuously, and aligned with business goals.
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for NetSense’s brand, products, website, social media, sales material, presentations, events, and internal communication.
The person should be able to understand technical products, convert them into clear visual communication, and create designs that make complex cybersecurity and networking concepts easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design
- Create and maintain consistent visual branding across all NetSense materials.
- Design brand assets, templates, icons, illustrations, product graphics, banners, and campaign creatives.
- Ensure all designs follow NetSense’s brand style, colors, typography, and overall visual identity.
- Improve existing brand materials and create new visual systems where required.
Digital & Social Media Creatives
- Design LinkedIn posts, carousels, social media banners, ad creatives, infographics, announcement posts, and campaign visuals.
- Create visuals for cybersecurity, firewalls, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, secure branch networking, cloud-managed security, and enterprise networking topics.
- Work with the marketing team to convert content ideas into engaging visual formats.
- Create reusable templates for faster and consistent social media execution.
Website & UI Visual Assets
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, product section graphics, icons, diagrams, and feature illustrations.
- Support the improvement of website design, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Create visual assets for product pages, blog pages, forms, lead-generation pages, and campaign landing pages.
- Coordinate with developers or website teams to ensure correct design implementation.
Sales & Marketing Collateral
- Design brochures, datasheets, pitch decks, company profiles, product one-pagers, partner presentations, case studies, flyers, and event handouts.
- Create clear diagrams and visual explanations for technical features and product workflows.
- Convert rough content or technical notes into polished marketing material.
- Maintain editable design files and templates for repeated business use.
Product & Technical Design Support
- Create product visuals, hardware mockups, UI screenshots, dashboard graphics, icons, labels, packaging concepts, and appliance branding concepts.
- Design diagrams explaining network architecture, deployment models, security flows, SD-WAN use cases, and cloud-managed networking.
- Help simplify complex technical ideas through clean visual storytelling.
Event & Print Design
- Design event banners, standees, posters, booth graphics, ID cards, certificates, brochures, flyers, and other print-ready material.
- Prepare final files for printing with correct size, bleed, margin, format, and resolution.
- Coordinate with print vendors where required and ensure final output quality.
Presentation Design
- Create professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for sales, partners, customers, investors, internal meetings, and events.
- Improve existing decks with better layout, structure, diagrams, icons, and visual clarity.
- Build reusable presentation templates for the company.
Basic Video & Motion Graphics
- Create simple video thumbnails, explainer visuals, motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form video assets where required.
- Coordinate with video editors or agencies for larger video projects.
- Support marketing campaigns with basic video-first creative thinking.
Design Ownership & File Management
- Take ownership of design requests from brief to final delivery.
- Manage multiple design tasks with timelines and priorities.
- Maintain organized source files, exports, brand assets, templates, and design libraries.
- Ensure designs are ready for practical use across web, social, print, sales, and product teams.
Required Skills
- Strong skills in graphic design, layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert them into simple, clear visuals.
- Experience designing social media creatives, brochures, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Basic understanding of branding and consistency across design assets.
- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver polished final outputs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to completion.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, networking, or B2B technology design.
- Experience designing for LinkedIn, B2B campaigns, product launches, and enterprise sales material.
- Ability to create technical diagrams, product architecture visuals, and explainer graphics.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and website layouts.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and print production workflows.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience creating brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable templates.
- Understanding of enterprise IT buyers, system integrators, partners, and government customers will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who can think creatively, understand business requirements, and execute quickly without needing everything to be spoon-fed. Since NetSense is an upcoming cybersecurity brand, the person should be comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and building design systems from scratch.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with the founder, marketing team, sales team, and technical team to create designs that are not only attractive but also useful for business growth, product explanation, and customer communication.
This role requires a person who can manage end-to-end design work — not just one type of creative. The candidate should be able to design a LinkedIn post, improve a product datasheet, create a sales deck, prepare a print banner, design a website graphic, and create a technical architecture diagram when required.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, IT, or product companies.
- Strong freshers or early-career candidates with an excellent portfolio and practical design skills may also be considered.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Practical portfolio and design capability will be given more importance than formal qualification.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to build the visual identity of an upcoming cybersecurity brand.
- Direct exposure to product, marketing, sales, and business strategy.
- Opportunity to work on deep technology products with real market relevance.
- A role with high ownership, creative freedom, and growth potential.
- Startup-style environment where initiative, speed, and execution matter more than hierarchy.
