Full job description

Purpose

Handling agents, Investigation Sites (popularly known as Hospitals and Medical Research Centers), etc. We are in the growth phase expanding our business and are looking for experienced Admin professionals who can handle all the administration functions of the company.

Job Details

Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure in the areas of Change management, Incident management, Problem management, Capacity management, and Infrastructure Security

Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance
Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions, and major changes to IT infrastructure
Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising upgrades and new acquisitions
Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies
Develop and maintain vendor relations
Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades
Participate in relevant infrastructure and networking architecture discussions during planning and configuration phases
Monitor the production server logs and raise alarms in the form of tickets whenever escalation is needed through web portal access
Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed
Able to work on setup of VPN, Firewalls, and NAS
Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems
Manage, maintain, and update onsite copiers, printers, and fax machines
Azure Cloud Administration: In-depth knowledge of key Azure services – VM, Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Site Recovery, Resource Manager, Azure Diagnostics, Traffic Manager, Azure Identity and Access Management, etc
Execution of PowerShell Scripts on Azure Resources
Deploying VMs into virtual networks
Configuring VM for optimum cost, performance, and security
Backing up VMs and potentially providing failover recovery
Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
Managing public and private IP addresses for your VMs and selected other Azure resources
Protecting Azure Active Directory accounts against compromise
Reducing the attack surface of all your Azure resources
Administration of Microsoft 365: Troubleshooting of Teams/Outlook/SharePoint/Intune/Office365

Roles and Responsibilities

Working with building/facilities service provider in ensuring pleasant working conditions at the office
Working with Security Teams to ensure Physical Security of employees, contractors, and visitors
Working hand in hand with Finance Team in obtaining all the necessary licenses required for running the business
Ensure upkeep of the computing environment at the office
Petty cash and procurement activities
Ensure the compliance requirements as part of SOPs are adhered to at all

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills
ISMS or ISO27001 awareness

Competencies

Strong intercultural awareness
Strong communication skills in English
Working in virtual teams from various stakeholders
