Job Description – Warehouse Operations & Dispatch Executive

Department: Operations / Warehouse & Dispatch
Location: Ambernath
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory documentation, MIS reporting, and RTO management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Warehouse Operations

Process morning, afternoon, and evening orders accurately within defined timelines.
Ensure smooth execution of inward and outward warehouse operations.
Monitor daily operational activities and maintain workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Management

Verify inward and outward scan reports on a daily basis.
Cross-check outward scan reports with Google Sheets and operational records.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure timely documentation.
Share dispatch receiving copies with concerned stakeholders through email.

3. Email & Communication

Monitor and respond to official emails promptly.
Handle operational communication related to dispatch, inward, and logistics activities.
Ensure all pending emails and operational queries are resolved before the end of the day.

4. MIS & Documentation

Cross-check inward scan reports with MIS entries for accuracy.
Maintain updated inward and outward operational records.
Record and track cancelled orders accurately in dispatch reports.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain data accuracy.

5. RTO (Return to Origin) Management

Coordinate with the RTO team to complete daily return-related activities.
Verify return scanning records against RTO manifests.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of RTO records.
Reconcile Meesho inward entries and website inward records with scanning data and RTO manifests for the previous 15 days.

6. Documentation & Record Management

Maintain and organize outward manifests and warehouse documents.
Complete all pending filing activities within assigned timelines.
Ensure operational records are updated, accurate, and easily retrievable for audits.

7. Team Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and RTO teams for seamless operations.
Support team members in inward processing and other warehouse activities whenever required.
Assist in process improvements and operational follow-ups to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

Knowledge of warehouse operations, dispatch, inward & outward processes, and RTO management.
Basic understanding of MIS reporting and operational documentation.
Good email communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Dispatch, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce or logistics operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
