Position: Desktop Support & CCTV Engineer

Experience-6 months to 1 years

Location-Kalyan West (Shivaji Chowk)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, networking, and IT-related issues. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and basic networking knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide technical support to end users through remote or onsite assistance.
Install and configure operating systems, antivirus, and office applications.
Manage user accounts, email configuration, and password resets.
Monitor system performance and ensure regular maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security devices.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of surveillance systems.
Monitor CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
Handle cable laying, network setup, and camera positioning.
Configure remote viewing and mobile access for clients.
Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
Support access control and biometric systems if required.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements Qualification:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in BSC-IT, Computer Science, or related field.
