We're looking for a passionate Lifestyle Vlogger & Content Creator who will work directly with entrepreneur Honey Makhija to document the real journey of building businesses.
This isn't about scripted videos or promotional shoots.
It's about capturing authentic entrepreneurship—from morning planning sessions and factory visits to business meetings, travel, decision-making, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Your Mission
Your responsibility is simple:
Capture -> Create -> Edit -> Publish -> Grow
You'll accompany Honey Makhija throughout the day, documenting real moments and transforming them into engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Daily ResponsibilitiesRecord the Entrepreneur's Journey (Approximately 7:00 AM onwards)
Accompany Honey Makhija throughout the day and capture:
- Morning routine
- Office work
- Factory operations
- Business meetings
- Team discussions
- Client interactions
- Travel
- Site visits
- Public speaking
- Book writing sessions
- Entrepreneurial decision-making
- Lifestyle content
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Business challenges and successes
- Candid conversations
The objective is to tell a compelling story through everyday moments.
Create & Edit Content
Produce engaging content for:
- YouTube Vlogs
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
- Facebook Videos
- LinkedIn (when required)
You should be comfortable with:
- Storytelling
- Fast-paced editing
- Cinematic B-roll
- Basic motion graphics
- Color correction
- Audio enhancement
- Captions and subtitles
- Viral editing styles
- Thumbnail creation
Social Media Management
Manage and publish content across:
Responsibilities include:
- Uploading videos
- Scheduling posts
- Writing captions
- Creating thumbnails
- Organizing media files
- Maintaining content consistency
- Monitoring content performance
Travel
Travel is an important part of this role.
You'll accompany Honey Makhija for:
- Factory visits
- Business meetings
- Conferences
- Events
- Site inspections
- Outstation business trips
Confidentiality
You'll occasionally witness confidential business discussions, financial planning, expansion strategies, and future projects.
Maintaining complete confidentiality is mandatory.
Professionalism, integrity, and trust are non-negotiable.
Equipment
Candidates should have:
- A smartphone with a good-quality camera (iPhone or premium Android preferred)
- Basic understanding of mobile videography
- Willingness to capture spontaneous moments throughout the day
Professional cameras, microphones, gimbals, lighting, and additional equipment will be provided by the company whenever required.

Salary & Growth
CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA
(₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and portfolio.)
In addition to the fixed salary, you'll receive:
