We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
Create campaign structures for Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, placements, and creatives.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and audiences.
Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and landing pages.
Work closely with the design, content, SEO, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, event setup, and pixels.
Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
