Special Assistant to the Founder (Strategic Operations & Protocol)About the Role

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, adaptive, and articulate Special Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder. This is an elite, high-visibility role that requires continuous on-site accompaniment of the Founder across both business operations and high-profile social settings. Unlike traditional administrative roles, this position focuses on real-time support, meeting documentation, and global presence, requiring an individual who can transition seamlessly between corporate meetings and private engagements.The role combines executive representation, strategic note-taking, and continuous travel companionship in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Location

Remote (Delhi NCR preferred)
Continuous domestic and international travel; candidate must accompany the Founder on all itineraries (valid passport mandatory)
Open to freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Accompany the Founder on all international and domestic trips, providing dedicated, real-time support.
Attend business meetings, dinners, networking events, and private engagements alongside the Founder.
Manage real-time documentation, take detailed meeting notes, and track strategic action items as directed.
Serve as a sophisticated personal representative of the Founder across all professional and social environments.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and business initiatives.
Support special projects and fluid day-to-day requirements across multiple environments. [1]

What This Role Is NOT

This is not an office-bound administrative role. Core office administration, calendar management, and travel booking are fully handled by an existing corporate Executive Assistant team.

As a direct extension of the Founder's personal office, the individual is expected to consistently demonstrate a polished corporate appearance, refined etiquette, and the adaptability required to blend into premium environments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
