About us

Aurora Modular is a Canadian company based in British Columbia. We design and deliver factory-finished modular backyard offices and storage units — spaces people use as home offices, studios, gyms and workshops. Everything arrives finished and ready to use, which makes this a highly visual product and a great one to build content around.

We're at the stage where content is the growth engine. This role is the person who builds that engine.

The role

You'll own our video and paid social output end to end — generating it, editing it, writing it, publishing it, and running the ads behind it. This is not a role where you wait for a brief and execute one small piece of it. You'll be given direction each morning and be expected to turn it into finished, publish-ready work the same day.

Day to day, that means:

AI video generation. Building and iterating video using Kling, Veo 3, Runway and Seedance 2.5. Prompting, re-prompting, and knowing when a shot isn't working and needs a different approach.
Video editing. Cutting short-form video for Instagram Reels and Facebook — pacing, captions, sound design, hooks in the first two seconds.
Whiteboard animation. Explainer-style content covering how modular builds work, permitting, timelines, and product comparisons.
Ad copywriting. Writing hooks, primary text, headlines and CTAs for Instagram and Facebook ads aimed at a Canadian homeowner audience.
Content posting. Scheduling and publishing across our channels, keeping the calendar full and consistent.
Ad campaigns. Setting up, launching and monitoring campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and reporting back on what's performing.
Website and SEO. Making basic updates to our website — copy, images, landing pages — and applying on-page SEO fundamentals so our content and pages get found.

Workload and hours

Two pieces of finished content or deliverables every day
Roughly 6–8 hours a day
You work Indian time zone hours, and you have flexibility in how you structure your day — as long as the daily delivery lands on time
You must be available for a call in the morning to take the day's brief, and occasionally later in the evening to hand off work or discuss direction. This overlap is non-negotiable, since our team is on Pacific time.

What we're looking for

Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll be writing copy that goes in front of Canadian customers, so it has to read naturally.
Real hands-on experience with AI video tools. You should already be comfortable in at least a couple of Kling, Veo 3, Runway or Seedance 2.5, and able to pick up the rest quickly.
Strong short-form video editing skills.
Ability to produce whiteboard animation.
Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you understand how a campaign is structured, how to launch one, and how to read the results. You don't need to be an expert; you do need to have actually done it.
Basic website management and SEO experience. You should be able to update pages and content on a site without breaking it, and understand SEO fundamentals like keywords, titles, meta descriptions and image alt text.
Your own reliable PC or laptop capable of handling video editing, plus a stable internet connection.
High energy, genuine creativity, and someone who's keen to work. We want someone who brings ideas, not just execution.

What we offer

All AI tools paid for by the company. Kling, Veo 3, Runway, Seedance and anything else you need — you never pay for a subscription.
₹6,000 per month during the 3-month internship.
A real path to full-time. For strong candidates, the internship converts to a full-time role at the end of three months. We're hiring this position to fill it permanently, not to churn through interns.
Salary increments every six months once you're full-time, along with additional employee benefits.
Genuine growth. Within the next year, this person will build and lead their own content team of two to three people. You'd be the first content hire and the one who shapes how the function runs.
Fully remote, with flexibility in how you organize your working day.

Start date: As soon as possible.
