Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Network Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our network monitoring and observability platforms. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end visibility, performance assurance, and proactive fault management across our global network infrastructure.

Role
- Architect end-to-end monitoring solutions for high-availability payment networks, including backbone, edge, cloud, and data center environments.
- Design and implement real-time observability pipelines using tools like ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Splunk, and custom telemetry frameworks.
- Define network SLAs, KPIs, and SLOs aligned with payment transaction performance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis and incident forensics through advanced correlation of logs, flows, and metrics.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure monitoring meets PCI-DSS and other regulatory standards.
- Drive automation and AI/ML-based anomaly detection to proactively identify and mitigate network issues.
- Evaluate and integrate next-gen observability tools and contribute to vendor strategy.
- Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across the broader infrastructure team.

- Expertise in SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, sFlow, streaming telemetry, and packet-level analysis.
