AutoCAD Draftsperson (2D/3D & MEP)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi
Experience: 6 months –2 Years (Freshers with relevant skills can also apply)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsperson who is proficient in preparing 2D and 3D drawings along with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) layouts. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural and interior drawings and be able to convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and interior projects.
Create Walkthroughs and modify MEP drawings including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing standards.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Good knowledge of MEP drafting.
Understanding of architectural and interior working drawings.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SketchUp or Vray will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Freshers with strong AutoCAD and MEP knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate

Basic understanding of construction drawings and MEP coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
